It just makes you wonder why somebody at the top of the Xmas tree hasn't figured out the point that the most likely buyers of the new and cool tableware are also the ones who are most likely to be buying online... I hope I can get a really hardcore investor to go in and salvage this company before they go down the drain - and employ me as the Chief Marketing Officer :-). In many ways, as a Dane by birth, this would really be the dream job.

Dear Casper Moller
Thanks for your interest in Royal Copenhagen.
Yes, Royal Copenhagen is online and we are aware of the online activities incl. the "new buyers".
We are proud of our new dinnerware series Elements but we are even more proud of how we appreciate our customers. We believe that true brand value is build by 100% customer satisfaction. So as long as the painters can’t keep up the very high demand of Elements then why should we disappoint the “new” customer by offering something that we can’t deliver? And as E-Business Manager at Royal Copenhagen I promise you that I will fight for the availability of Elements online asap!

Hi Tevin
It is a great series and I'm very happy to hear about the high levels of demand. It might then be worth looking at how you can present the products and prices in the online shop along with an estimate of delivery times as I think a lot of your customers would be willing to order the products in advance - even if they had to wait some weeks or even months in order to receive them.
All the best,
Casper
